Meet the Management Team
I have over 20 years experience in property management and my motivation is to ensure that RMG delivers high quality and excellent value services to our customers to build long-term relationships. I like to maintain a close contact with customers throughout the business and always welcome feedback on how well we are doing and where we can improve.
I lead the property management teams in an area stretching from the Midlands up to Scotland and I also run RMG's market-leading Customer Contact Centre. The Centre enables the Property Managers to be on your site more regularly and provides you with reassurance that all your enquiries, correspondence and telephone calls will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. I have over 20 years experience in developing and heading up major Customer Services divisions and I strive for continuous business improvement.
I have worked in the property management sector for 18 years and continue to strive to meet customer service excellence and instill the ethos of team work in RMG to provide our clients with a service that RMG can be proud of.
I have held senior finance roles in several industries such as computer sales; accounting services; video production; contract engineering; highways maintenance; and now residential property management.
The industries may be different but the principles are generally the same: a product and a market that need to be understood; a team of people who will only work as a team if we communicate; shareholders and stakeholders who want the business to perform and meet its promises.
My vision is to develop a business which both our customers and team are proud to be a part of.
I am responsible for providing guidance to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to our customers and that we comply with all applicable rules and regulations. I believe that to keep ahead of the competition we must challenge everything we do, and how we do it. I, therefore, maintain responsibility for a continuous change programme to deliver efficiency and quality improvement throughout the business.
I have over 27 years experience of working in housing which includes Private Sector, Local Authorities and Residential Social Landlords. I currently have responsibility for all of RMG's London Property Portfolio in addition to Public Sector Operations including: Westminster's Housing Options Service, City West Homes Facilities Management Contracts and Public Sector Consultancy
I am responsible for providing our customer facing teams with back-office support in finance, collections, new business and contractor payments. I have 10 years experience of business change and improvement and I use the skills I have gained to constantly challenge the performance of my teams to provide an excellent service to all customers both internal and external.
