The Residential Management Industry is well known for the regular changes that occur but owing to our people, and the experience we have within the organisation, we feel we are able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently without it having a detrimental impact on our customers.

RMG has achieved  Investors in People (IIP) accreditation across the whole company, to ensure continuous improvement in standards and performance across the business.

RMG currently employs over 500 people in both the public and private sector businesses and we pride ourselves on the diversity of our workforce. Working for RMG

Residential Management can be a challenging industry to work in whether it be working on public or private sector contracts. We recognise this challenge and in return for hard work and commitment we ensure that our employees are armed with the tools they need to provide the best service. We are committed to a robust programme of training for all employees whatever discipline they are in and believe this investment in our people will continue to improve the service we provide to our customers. Along with in-house courses we also work closely with external suppliers such as ARMA to provide best practise training to our employees, we also provide sponsorship to study towards professional qualifications related to the work the individual is doing. We are proud of the fact that many of our staff have completed qualifications such as CIPD, IRPM and ACCA whilst working with us. This is a real achievement and shows a high level of dedication from our staff which transfers to their day to day working life.

MSc in Property Management and Investment

In addition to the standard internal training we provide we have also been working with De Montfort University to build a specific Masters level qualification in our field. This has been the result of over a years’ work and will be the first qualification of this kind in our industry.

This is the focus of DMU’s association with RMG, a relationship centred on industry experts and training specialists from both organisations.
