Health & Safety Surveyor

Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Salary: £29,320 including car allowance

RMG are currently looking for 2 Health & Safety Surveyors for London and the South East.  Although the role is officially based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire the successful candidates can expect to work from home when compiling survey reports after visiting clients' sites. Regular travel to our sites will be necessary.

The Health & Safety Surveyor is responsible for an allocated programme of Health & Safety inspections and Fire Risk assessments for residential properties within the Residential Management Group.  The role holder must ensure each property is compliant with Health & Safety rules and regulations and that all risk are identified, reported on and actioned by the appropriate Property Manager.  Work must be to a consistently high standard of quality and service to promote a safe environment for clients and staff. 

The minimum qualification required for this role is the NEBOSH National General Certificate.  The NEBOSH Fire Certificate is highly desirable but not essential as training will be given to the successful applicants.
