Holborough is a striking development in the heart of Kent set around attractive landscaping and water features. Southern Housing Group was selected to provide the affordable housing element through a competition process by Berkeley Homes and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council.

The Holborough Quarry site is an expansion of Snodland in Kent. The development is mixed tenure and will ultimately provide 1,000 homes for outright sale and affordable homes for shared ownership and rent.

Wood Management, a brand of RMG, has been the managing agent from pre-construction phase and is involved with establishing the site infrastructure as each new phase is completed.

At this stage there is a non site-based Senior Property Manager overseeing the health and safety contracts and site staff. We also provide consultancy advice to the developer.
