This development consists of 16 residential apartments in a beautifully converted bakery in North London. RMG were instructed by the Resident Directors during 2008 after a bad experience with their previous managing agents. The external major works were desperately overdue and the Directors had resulted to collecting service charges themselves.

Twelve months after the instruction of RMG the block was restored to its former glory. The Property Manager worked closely alongside the Directors to co-ordinate the works, collect additional funds and ensure that all residents fully understood the process and were communicated with.

We are now into our third year as managing agents for this site and we are very proud to have Karyatis Court as a client.
