In 2001, RMG was awarded a contract with the London Borough of Lewisham to deliver Housing Management Services to 1500 Council homes. In 2007 we were awarded a 5 year contract to manage a further 3500 homes.

These contracts required us to deliver the full range of Housing Management services as required by the CityWest Homes contract plus letting and re-housing. We did not directly provide Estate Services or repairs but worked in partnership with the Council's Direct Labour Organisation who provided these services. 

In Lewisham's 2005 annual Status Survey of resident satisfaction, Dunlop Haywards (our former name) along with the borough's Tenant Management Organisations achieved the highest resident satisfaction levels with the overall service in the borough. Satisfaction in the contract area increased by 3% from the previous survey in 2004. This was one of only 3 areas in the borough where satisfaction increased. This area has been subject to a stock transfer to London & Quadrant housing association. During the balloting process it was the residents express wish that we were retained as the managing agents. Unfortunately, our management contracts in Lewisham expired in January 2009 when the stock transferred to L&Q Housing Association.
