Client: Housing Director - Wandle Housing Association

We provided interim management services to Wandle Housing Association when the Association was going through a major transformation of its business – the Vibrant Futures Programme. As well as providing strong leadership in the day-to-day running of the front line service, we also played a major role in the change programme, helping to meet the project milestones and bringing the staff through formal consultation and through a series of assessment and development centres.
A new leadership team was appointed in January 2012 and we successfully handed over the service to the new team.
