RMG publishes new guide specially for House Builders and Developers

Useful publication outlines how early consultation with a managing agent can help maximise the efficiency and profitability of a development

Residential Management Group (RMG) has published a guide for House Builders and Developers. Titled ‘RMG’s Steps to Successful Development’, the handy document is packed full of useful information and outlines how early consultation with a managing agent can help maximise the efficiency and profitability of new developments.

RMG has taken on board the comments of the many national House Builders and Developers it works with to prepare this easy-to-read, step by step guide. It highlights the different needs of all the parties involved, and shows the many ways in which RMG can help meet those requirements and facilitate the development process.

Clare Corbett, Operations Director at RMG comments: “We are being appointed by an increasing number of House Builders and Developers as their managing agent of choice. However, most of the business is being generated from the North, and we are particularly keen to replicate this success in the South.”

The publication covers nine important steps ranging from Submitting the Planning Application and Establishing the Service Charges to Communicating with Residents, Handing over the Communal Areas and Staying in Control Beyond the Handover.
