RMG joins forces with Envirocare to offer preventative Winter gritting service

Cost effective annual contract covers up to eight ‘through the night’ grit distributions per site with one-off snow clearance & gritting bins also available.

With snow and freezing weather conditions already being forecast for the months ahead, Residential Management Group  has joined forces with Envirocare Maintenance Solutions to offer a new  preventative gritting service aimed at housebuilders, developers and residential management companies across the country.

Available on a UK-wide basis, RMG’s cost effective annual winter gritting contract covers up to eight grit distributions per site, and includes the 24/7 monitoring of long-range weather forecasts via daily alerts from the Met Office. The gritting service will be automatically activated where an ice creating frost or snow of minus 2° Celsius is predicted.

Customers will be informed of the forthcoming hazardous weather during the day so a preventative plan can be put into place for that night. Envirocare will typically fulfil the gritting service between 6pm and 7am, to ensure minimal disruption and maximum safety for contractors and residents the following day.
In addition to the annual winter gritting contract, RMG will also provide gritting bins and shovels, as well as snow clearances for more remote sites.
