RMG appointed by Redrow Homes to manage Harbour Village in Fleetwood

In an exclusive three-year contract, Residential Management Group (RMG) has been appointed by Redrow Homes to manage Harbour Village, a prestigious new coastal development located in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

Redrow plans to build around 350 homes at Harbour Village, with 91 properties in the first phase. So far 17 homes are occupied.

Paul Sanderson, Regional Property Manager at RMG comments: “By being appointed so early on in the development at Harbour Village, we have been able to use our expertise and support to ensure the Resident Management Company has been set up correctly.

“Most importantly though, our advice and guidance on site layout will help facilitate long term, cost effective management for the new residents,” he concludes.

RMG will be responsible for the open spaces at Harbour Village and will also manage the apartment blocks as and when they are built.

Residents of Harbour Village will have access to RMG Living, a web-based tool that allows them to view details relating to their service charge and immediate community, as well as to make payments, report repairs, view meeting notes, inspection reports, obtain useful advice on matters such as insurance claims or to seek permission to keep pets.  Regular updates posted by the property management team also make residents aware of any issues that may be ongoing.

Residents also have the benefit of being able to take advantage of RMG’s buying power by automatically being signed up to the national RMG Rewards scheme, which negotiates preferential rates with suppliers on behalf of residents.
