Consultancy Service

In 2008, we launched our Public Sector Consultancy Service.

We initially worked with a number of Councils and RSLs providing consultancy and practical assistance to improve housing services; enhance front line customer service; help with performance management; and statutory legal homelessness services.

We provided consultancy and practical assistance to the London Boroughs of Haringey, Lewisham, Ealing, Southwark and Lambeth to clear backlogs of homelessness applications and put systems in place to improve the customer experience in Housing Options Services.

Interest in our consultancy services has grown over the last 2 years and we are now providing consultancy on estate services; contract procurement; performance management and preparing for housing inspection. Our clients include Wandle Housing Association, Rosebery Housing Association and Central Bedfordshire Council.
