Housing Options Services
RMG provides the full range of Housing Advice, Options and Statutory Homelessness services.
We have managed the Housing Options Service for Westminster City Council since 2001 and have also provided consultancy and practical help to the London Boroughs of Southwark, Haringey, Lambeth, Ealing and Lewisham.
Our comprehensive Housing Options Service provides:
- A service that has the Customer Service Excellence award and Quality Mark from the Legal Services Commission
- A central one-stop location, with a customer contact centre and investment in new technology
- Enhanced Housing Options with links to health, financial advice, support services, training & employment schemes
- A service-users group to help improve and develop the service
- Assessment of homelessness applications
- Prevention of homelessness
- Private sector housing advice including tenancy enforcement
- Procurement and management of temporary accommodation
- Administration of the Housing Register
- Letting of Council, RSL and private sector vacancies through an internet choice based lettings model
