Despite there being few members at our recent AGM we all appreciated RMG's contribution to it. The low turnout probably reflected the growing level of satisfaction felt by owners at RMG's recent performance. To a large extent this has got to be down to Sean's commitment and his hands on approach, which is undoubtedly bearing fruit. His weekly site visits, close liaison with David, the caretaker, and his monitoring of site staff to improve effectiveness have been key elements. He is also being known about the site as someone who listens, responds and gets things done; the recycling provision within the bin stores being a good example of this. With the development of the 10 year plan, which Michelle and Sean initiated, there is now a real opportunity for owners to feel that they are getting a quality service and value for money from RMG.
